Delete Account
Debt Payoff Planner gives you control over your account and associated data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete inside the app
- Open Debt Payoff Planner and sign in.
- Open More Tools.
- Select Profile Settings.
- Under Danger zone, select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address registered to your account. Include the subject “Account Deletion Request” and the email address used for Debt Payoff Planner.
What is deleted
- Your Debt Payoff Planner account and authentication session.
- Synced profile settings, debts, payment records, and family-member records associated with the account.
- User-scoped planner data stored locally on the device when deletion is completed in the App.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, purchase and tax records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain transaction records under their own policies. Retained information is not used to continue providing the deleted account.
Processing: We may ask you to verify account ownership. We process verified requests within a reasonable period and within timelines required by applicable law.
