By accessing, downloading, or using the Debt free application, you agree to follow and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
These terms define the rules, limitations, and responsibilities associated with using our platform, features, and services.
1. Use of the App & Eligibility
Debt Payoff Planner is an educational financial planning tool for adults (13+). By using it, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for your account security and for the accuracy of the debt/financial data you enter — the App doesn’t connect to your bank accounts.
2. Subscriptions & Advertising
Premium features are billed via Google Play/Apple App Store, and payment/refund handling is governed by their policies (we never receive your card details). Free users may see ads (via Google AdMob), with consent controls available under More Tools → Ads privacy options; premium users get an ad-free experience.
3. No Financial Advice & Limitation of Liability
The App provides estimates and planning tools only, not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice — you’re responsible for your own financial decisions. The App is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. Data, Privacy & Your Rights
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy (data collection, third-party providers like Firebase, OneSignal, RevenueCat, and your rights to access/correct/delete data). You can delete your account anytime via More Tools → Profile Settings → Delete account.
5. Termination & Changes
We may suspend/terminate access for violations of these Terms; you may stop using the App anytime. We may update these Terms as needed, with notice, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: brainfleck@gmail.com.
